How do I order / pre-order?
Simply browse through our selection on www.thecommissariatmanila.com. We carry an extensive selection of Bacolod products such as Casa Carmela Bottled Food, Ereñeta-Manaloto Chorizo de Bacolod, and all your favorites from Felicia's Pastry Shop from Bacolod as well as our own Commissariat products.
You may click on "View Collections" on the home page to access the different product collections categorised into different brands according to their food types.
How do I successfully "Checkout" my orders / pre-orders?
- Select your items, add to cart (add notes to your items if you want them delivered on a specific date after the arrival), and proceed to checkout.
- Next, choose which shipment options you will avail. No shipment is understood that you will be picking it up from either one of our pick-up points (Makati or Sampaloc).
- Before you click on the "Complete order" button, please review your items. The last step is choosing your payment options, if you choose to pay through "Bank Transfer / Deposit", please send us proof of payment either through our social media inbox on Facebook, Instagram, or you may email it to us at email@example.com. Otherwise, you may choose the payment options available through VISA, Mastercard (Credit or Debit), PayPal, GCash or through Bank Transfers.
Don't worry, we will reach out to you as soon as we get to process your orders just to make sure that we confirm your orders from the website. As soon as we reach out to you through text or through social media (Facebook or Instagram), we will also let you know when we will be delivering your orders.
What are your payment methods? How do I pay?
We accept payments through VISA, Mastercard (Credit or Debit), PayPal, GCash, and Bank Transfers (UnionBank, BPI, Metrobank, or BDO).
We do not accept COD unless you personally pick-up the orders from one of our pick-up points (Makati or Sampaloc). Please send us proof of payment through any of our social media inbox on Facebook, Instagram or email once paid, so that we can confirm your orders. Otherwise, they will not be processed, but you may also choose for self pick-up or self-delivery at our Makati or Sampaloc pick-up points.
What are your cut-off times for payments for orders / pre-orders?
Our cut-off times for ordering and payment is at 7:00 PM, daily. Any orders past 7:00 PM shall be processed on the next day. Be mindful of cut-off dates for Felicia's pre-orders. Late pre-orders shall be delivered on the next delivery date which is 2 weeks from the initial delivery; unless there are extra products from a shipment that may match your order.
When can I expect my Felicia's pre-orders to be delivered?
When making a pre-order for Felicia's products, always be mindful of the current cut-off dates for a particular pre-order period. Felicia's shipments happen every (2) weeks, and once you put in a pre-order AFTER THE CUT-OFF DATE, it shall be processed and carried over to the next shipment date.
For example: The Commissariat Manila delivers Felicia's on January 30th. The cut-off date for pre-order is on January 27th. If you put in a pre-order on January 28th or 29th, these orders will automatically be processed for the next shipment happening on February 13th (2 weeks after the current shipment date).
There are instances where "late pre-orders" may get their orders on the same week, but this will depend on the availability of "extra Felicia's products" available on a particular shipment date.

Which areas do you deliver?
We deliver to most areas within Metro Manila. Depending on The Commissariat Manila delivery team on a particular shipment, we use a combination of third party couriers (Lalamove or Grab) as well as a private van (for high volume orders) to route and dispatch deliveries.
For areas outside of the National Capital Region of Metro Manila (outside of the scope of Lalamove or Grab) such as Bulacan, Laguna, etc., special delivery rates apply.
Upon "checkout" and clicking "Complete Order" button, simply choose "no shipment", and reach out to us directly on Facebook, Instagram, or through email (firstname.lastname@example.org); send us your full address, and we will reach out to you personally so we can asses the cost of your "out-of-town" delivery. If you are in these areas outside of NCR and outside of the shipment / delivery options, we will find a way to deliver your orders to you.
